Question: Dosing Calcium Chloride on Doser

I have a doser and I am looking to dose calcium chloride. I currently have a calcium level of 380ppm and I am looking to go to 420ppm. The tank has a volume of 65 gallons. I have mixed 4 1/2 tsp of calcium chloride in 8 cups of ro/di water. I have the doser set to drip in 10ml daily. does this sound correct or do I need to add more calcium chloride or up the ml/day?

I did look at that calculator, but I was not sure if I mixed it with the recommended dosage what the daily dosage in the tank would be.
