question on corals

I used 135 TDS carbon filtered water in my SPS tank for 2 months and everything was just dandy, especially the algea.

Tapwater don't mean it's going to kill things, it just have some ingredients that algea loves, your corals will like it also tho.

ok. i am not using ro/di water because it is not economical. but will start using di water. i had these some corals in the tank before with the same water and no trouble. i also got the water report and the onlything it had was .001 nitrates. the phospates were at 1. and all.
