For someone moving from a 60g to no tank to 75g (hopefully) If i want to have the tank drilled, is it possible to do so? What size hole and bulkhead am i looking at? Cost of drilling? What size sump do i need, and what size return pump.

Can i buy overflows to have them put in?

Thanks, i am looking at moving away from the HOB filtration systems :P

Check out glass-holes.com, they have everything you need to drill a tank for an internal overflow, Simon at Nemo's will drill holes but I'm not sure on the price, you could give him a call.
Most everyone here will probably recommend a BeanAnimal style overflow, I just put one in my tank and it is dead silent. Google beananimals bar and grill for more info.

Thanks for the bean animal website! ITs been a good time kill today :) where did you get the calflow box, or did you make it?

Made it out of 3 pieces of acrylic, made a u shaped box out of wood and clamped the acrylic to one side and used a heat gun and patience to bend it, then cut some sides for it, weld-on 16 to glue it and sanded it all smooth,

Takes up a lot of space but is super quiet. If I had to do It again I'd probably just but a glass-holes kit though :). I put a lot of time into that overflow box, it was actually the 2nd one I did the first had teeth which I didn't like so I rebuilt it with slits and was happier.

I built mine in about a hour. I didn't bend it though but just cut flat stock and pieced them together with weld on. I also ran it through the table saw to get a slot as opposed to the teeth. I like that much better.
