Radions going crazy!!!

My radions are going crazy... They are turning on an off whenever and doing weird things in the night... My problem is I'm not there to fix it because I'm at ait in fort Gordon... Anyone ever had this problem or know what to do

sounds like they need to be reset to factory settings. go to ecotech site. I'm using ecosmart live connection manager. I update my software and program my radions.
If the existing program on the radions gets corrupted they will act crazy. they need software updates and reprogramming IMO

is there anyone at the house? if so i can call and have them hook up the radions to the computer and walk them through it or better yet if you have access to a computer and someone at home to hook one of them up to a computer, you can do it yourself over ecosmartlive

Well the problem is where I am at I don't have wifi and the computer they where originally programmed to is with me

do you have any T5's or other fixtures laying around you could put over them until you get there? what size tank?

Edit: maybe someone close by can loan you a fixture?? I have a 4ft 6 bulb T5 but want help over here.

you dont need the computer they were originally programmed with. you can use any computer that has either the ecosmart configuration utility or ecosmart connection manager and the username and password for the account you used to program them.

What he said!! I started out with ecosmart config program and then switched to online programming

Okay I did not know that lol I'm still new to them and don't get any hands in time with them lol so any clue what could cause that randomly I mean they worked fine for 4 months the started turning on randomly I the middle of the night and now they just do what ever they want some times

sometimes a power outage or surge could corrupt the program

How long will you be away from home? If its just a few days I don't think unplugging the lights will be that big a deal. In the real world storms and clouds block the sun for several days on end. A couple days may slow your growth down, but I don't think it will kill anything. JMO

Sometimes is can be as simple as unplugging the Radions for a few minutes, then plugging them back in. Can you have someone do that?
