The new Deskmate is all settled in! It’s crazy how much clearer this new one is. I also changed the scape up and am much happier with it. I’ll be moving some coral into it this weekend once I have my kid again and she can help, since it’s “her” tank.

I was talking with @shanepike today about zoas that appear out of no where and that you didn’t put in your tank. Here is an example. If you can identify them please do. I grew this entire garden so I know I didn’t have them also pictured is one of my last Oompa Loompas getting choked out by Super Saiyans. Wish I could help you bud!

If you mean the ones with the white, they go by stargazers, daisy cutters, pinwheels. They have quite a few trade names

Alright, after much discussion, everyone seems to agree that they look like Mohawks.

My first attempt at using a bandsaw didn’t go great lol. Definitely user error on my end based on the amount of water that shot all over the place. The other piece of this chalice is fine, but this guy took a beating. This picture is a good week or so after fragging. Coral sure are some resilient animals, and I’m really glad I didn’t kill this piece off
