We planted these last spring and don’t trim them, they’re getting big. Plus I love our Japanese maple I planted last spring.

Appreciate it... it’s definitely a work in progress.
Substrate wise, it’s CaribSea Black Hawaiian live sand. This is by far the best price I’ve found on it, if you can do in store pick up, it saves even more.

What tank is that? I'm having the hardest time deciding what tank I want next! And you're also making me question my sand choice. Some of my favorite zoas. Had to rescue a couple spots of them from being overrun by others.
It’s an Elos 120XL. I picked it up used a few months back from a guy in south FL. I was mainly chasing dimensions, it’s the first Elos I’ve had. I never really bought in to all of the hype when they first started out years ago, but now I see why folks like them so much... the craftsmanship is incredible!

Yeah, I really like those dimensions too. I have a list of potential tanks and I'll add this one to it. I love my 25 lagoon and know I want another lagoon style tank. Just waiting to find a good deal on a used one!
So, thanks to @Reefchef, I've got some new friends at Pure Reef.
We were waiting to check out today while Matt was bagging some stuff up for me, so I did a little wandering around the store. And there it was... I couldn’t believe my eyes. Brand new in the box, just calling my name! After a little negotiating, it made its way to the truck along with a 2 month supply of Trident reagent.

Picked up a few more corals while we were out... think I need to be done for a while and let everybody do a little growing out.
