Random pic of the day thread

Apparently Dave found his new job.

Stealing all of our money in new and interesting passive aggressive ways. Like posting photos in this thread.

@dball711 - Dave, if you list Acans for sale any time in the next week we'll all know for sure.

I’ll end the suspense...Acans are not for sale. I was just playing around with the camera. I held back pics of the “make you drool” Acans as a public service!

well darn - I was just thinking - hmmm, I sure do like those couple acans I have - I wonder if I should throw some more in the tanks?

thats a pretty big maroon clown you got ive been thinking about getting a trap to remove my mated tomato clown pair and get a maroon clown but cause thats what i really wanted but ive had them a year now im torn lol
Thanks - we actually have 2 lightning maroons about the same size. They are both terrors that are living a great life defending their respective tanks from my evil hand.

A while back (probably 6 - 7 years ago) we were at Creation and they were running a fundraising raffle. Grand prize was a $500 "mated pair" of lightning maroon clowns. I found it odd that they had a mated pair in 2 different tanks.

Guess who won them? Nope - not me - Tisha did.

They now reside in completely separate tanks - their idea of mated was beat the living ^(#^$ out of each other until one is dead or they are not within eye shot of each other. And that is how we began our journey of Multiple Tank Syndrome.

Why am I not surprised by this, I would think she is the lucky one. I love Maroons, especially Lightening Maroons!

These 2 have lived through every tank mistake I've thrown at them. Salinity swings, temp swings, bad chemistry, power outages etc.

They each have lived in at least 4 different tanks.

I just wish they didn't know how to use those spikes on their cheeks so well - they hurt!
