Rare nano inhabitants

I am building my gf a 24 g rimless cube. I would like to add something rare (non coral) and need some advice

I would like :

A) it be reef safe, especially sexy shrimp safe( she would kill me if it ate one of her shrimps)
B) will be ok in a 24 gallon
C) not a clown, those are for me tank lol

Price is relative, but trying not to break my back working to pay for it
