Recommended PAR for Pectinia?

Just like the title states, I'm curious about the recommended PAR for some of the less light intensive corals - specifically Pectinia, but also chalice and acans.
 
I'm not sure if there is a recommended PAR range for each because, IME some chalices/acans of mine like higher light, others like lower light. I don't think it's an exact thing.

Just keep in mind how adaptable coral are . Iv read of ppl keeping ricordia under 300 MH , and iv witnessed them melt under far less .

These seem awfully high and I don't agree completely.

My pectinias seem to color up best in lower light. The same with my chalices. I keep them on the sand bed.
