Red Hair Algae on Live Rock

I have some red hair algae forming on 2 different pieces of live rock which are on opposite ends of my 90 gallon. I have some cyano and I do not believe that this is what it is. The tank is just over a month old and all the parameters look good as of last week. I only have 2 clowns, a cleaner shrimp, fire shrimp, a clam and snails in the tank right now. The daylights are on for about 9 hours a day, with an hour of antic before and after as well. Any thoughts on what it may be? I will try and post some pics later.
