Do any sponsors carry Red Sea Salt?

Looking for a 50# bucket this week.

Thanks in advance!

Dang...

So what's the hot salt brand down here then? Instant Ocean & Red Sea pretty much cornered the market up in WI.

Tried Reef Crystals (and instant ocean) and wasn't a real fan. Don't know much about seachem or salinity. Anyone have info/tests on them?

Found a link on RC with tests from salt mixes. The SeaChem Reef seems to have crazy high calcium and magnesium. I'm sure they would be consumed quick enough.

But then again the tests may not be all that accurate. After going through 500+ gallons of Red Sea, I can say with confidence that there's no way the magnesium is even close to 1300. 1100-1150 is about it. I always have to add Mg with my Red Sea mix, so perhaps a change could be in order...

We usually use reef crystals, but our favorite is red sea. Just got a 50g bag for $24.

Ouch... I was getting 200gal bucket for $46 back up north.

Considering trying Seachem

I tried Red Sea salt once. Hated it. Didn't dissolve, water was cloudy...

I don't even carry it. Many better options out there, most have been named already.

Salinity is awesome! Just switched over to it, and have loved it since doing so. Had a little cloudiness at first when mixing but Tim at Keen Reef told me to add a heater to warm the water up and it totally worked. I think you would be more than happy with Salinity, just have to get pass the price.

But per gallon it is cheaper than any other salt in my store.

I carry, Seachem Reef Salt, Salinity, D-D h2Ocean Pro, and Brightwell NeoMarine. I personally use Seachem's Reef Salt and have had great success with it.

Im going to give the seachem reef a try here because it's readily available and I can get it close. Will see how she goes on sat when I change!

Thanks for the input everyone
