Red worm like things.

Does anyone know what these are? They don't seem to hurt anything other than tangle up in some zoas at times.

Yep.... if start seeing a bunch could be a sign of overfeeding. Overall a good guy

Over feeding in my last tank got me tons of them. Looking up at the bottom of the sand bed from under the sump freaked me out one day! Lesson learned!
