After some back and forth with the wife, I've decided to break down my 90 gallon in wall tank in the basemeny and move everything upstairs. So I decided on the Redsea Max C-250. I was able to get the stand together but now waiting on help to move the tank and then we can rock and roll. I plan to use all the rocks in my 90 with new sand. Fish and coral are all moving as well unless I decide I don't want it. Here are some pictures in progress.

Finally was able to find help moving the tank onto the stand while the little one supervised. Tomorrow will be filling the tank and aquascaping. Hoping to move lifestock over Saturday or Sunday.

Those red sea tanks are sweet, great all in ones!
Looking forward to seeing it put together.
The good thing about this is you may have lost a hand but your still in the game!

No doubt, the wife can pull all the cards she wants but I don't think she'll ever ask me to leave the hobby unless it was my own choice.

I'm hoping this new series of redsea tanks are better then the last. The last 250 I had was great but the skimmer sucked big time, the light cooling fans weren't as good either. Redsea claims this new "C" series is much better with upgrade skimmer and better light cooling as well as better return pumps and a media rack.

I do notice the light cooling is better from my test run last night. I had the lights on for about 2 hours and felt the tank didn't really increase in temp. It's got 4 fans total in the canopy, 2 of each end of the canopy. 2 on one side draws cool air from the room into the canopy while the other 2 draws hot air inside the canopy out. I'll see how good the skimmer is once everything is up and running after a few weeks. I'm excited to get this tank wet!

It took all day but I'm finally done. All fish and corals have been moved and all are doing well, fish are eating and corals opened up. Only hick up was I broke my basketball size hammer colony into almost a dozen pieces. Really upset about that but nothing I can do now. I tried to glue them closely together in hopes they will look half decent.
