Reef A Palooza Orlando

Not at this time, she's going to spend time with her friend. We're going to Disney in October.

I grew up less than 40 miles from Disney World.
We used to get in for $6 (park pass) back in the day.
For instance, we rode Space Mountain 25x's in one day. They used to limit admission to keep lines shorter, per Walt Disney's vision (ie- "the Disney experience" as it was called).
Then came along Michael Eisner, the wunderkind that flooded the parks and ruined the experience (but jacked up the stock!).
I took our youngest daughter about 12 years ago. We spent most of the day waiting in lines. I told her that was my last time.

Well a lot has changed in 12 years, and Eisner is gone (hiding in the background now). We go 4-5 times a year, should be 6 this year, it is a lot of fun if you know how to use the fast pass system. But I do agree, they are expensive and allow far too many people in the parks. I wish they would raise the price even more and thin the heard!

I’m glad your family enjoys it.

I have been there last year... alots of coral and new equipments on display... no fish at all if u plan on buying any fish...
That's actually kind of surprising. I would imagine they would have something but I guess it is more focused on coral.

I think we are definitely going to go. One of us will get the $100 pass and the other the daily admit. That way we will still get a bag and raffle tickets. I’ve had hotel reservations for months but since my husband has been unable to work with his back injury we were thinking we might have to skip it this year. He really wants to go though. Hoping the neurosurgeon at least gives him the ok tomorrow to go back to the landscaping (mowing, edging, weed whacking). With all this rain I’m sure his clients will be happy if he’s able to come do their yards!

Ya true. I've always wanted to go to one of these events. I'll make it out to one eventually!
You sound about like me, I almost didn't get to go to this one. But when my Chef denied my request for the last meeting, I sort of pushed for April for the show. He didn't want to give it, but I promised him I would work that Friday! I plan to get the $100 gold pass for myself and my wife will join me at the show only for one day with the boys. We finally have our room reserved, so now we just wait! I can't wait, Im hoping to try to maybe get a couple of frags and visit WWC.

So lucky! I really want to go to WWC one day as well.

I’d love to take the 3 grandkids (I have 7), who haven’t gotten to go but I just can’t afford it. The tickets are so expensive now. Last time we were there I was pregnant with my 32 yr old son lol. Been a while!

What is WWC? Wracking my brain and can’t come up with anything!
As @wake125122 stated, world wide corals. You should Google and check them out, they just opened a superstore up in Orlando. When ever you see wwc in front of a coral that's who their referring to. They have some very nice stuff, but not the cheapest. Please don't anyone shoot me for that comment! ;)

I wanted to go this year but April is always an extremely busy month for me. It would make for a great birthday present from the wife though ;)
I have 7 grandchildren and 2 have birthdays in March and 4 in April. RAP falls on the soon to be 12 year old’s birthday but she said it was ok if we go to Orlando lol. Ya know she’s 12, as long as there’s a gift who needs the old people
