<p style="text-align:left;">My emperor angel was eating and picking at the few corals I have in my tank... friend of mine told me to feed lightly to avoid too much stress on my biological filtration so I fed him and six small damsels one cube of frozen food a day... I added a few more fish and decided to feed more heavily... 3 cubes a day with some nori and still picking at the corals but much less. Got a veggie clip and left some nori on it... he picks and picks at the nori but leaves the coral alone... OH YES!! Sure hope he keeps up the good behavior.

If attempted an angel in a reef, feeding lightly is a sure way to start corralivore behavior. Feed feed feed!!!

True, If you feed more then he will go after the food and not the coral. you can do this as long as your tank is mature and established enough to take the bio-load of the fish pooping more. As well as have an adequate sized protein skimmer for what you want to do.

Up and running since February... a solid 4 months... is that mature enough? I do a 20% water change every 2 weeks. Have live rock in the fuge too.

So... Ole Constantine could not contain himself any longer. Starting noticing RTN on my SPS' and then on my LPS. Wasn't sure what was causing it at first but after losing several of the SPS and the necrosis starting on the rest of them... I caught him red handed... picking on my red planet frag! My hammer wouldn't open up any more so I took the few I had left and put them in the sump and now... they are doing much better.
