Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has tried "Reef Pods" copepods? I am considering purchasing a package of them to introduce to my 75 gallon reef tank. They sound like a great alternative food source (in addition to regular feedings), I do no know if there are any disadvantages or dangers to introducing them to my tank though? I am going to be out of town for a week and occasionally go away for a weekend once and a while; I am trying to figure out a way to be sure the fish are fed for times that I cannot find a "sitter". I know there are auto fish feeders but they only dispense pellets and flakes; I need something that will also feed my anemones, etc. Any suggestions? :confused2:

Thank you!

I put reef pods in my refugium....honestly I didn't see a single pod in the green water while it was still in the bag....but I have a ridiculous pod population now....either way....unless your going out of town for more than a week...you fish would be fine without being feed if you have LR in the tank....there's usually enough food on it to sustain them for a while....for the anemone....you could probably feed it a silverside or 2 before you leave for a weekend and no worries there either....what livestock are in you rank now?
