Reefbrite halide 150w to 250w

How hard would it be to convert a 150w reefbrite halide to a 250w? it’s the double pendent that’s discontinued as well as the bulbs are discontinued

I think it’s be easier and just as expensive to buy a new fixture. You’d need new sockets and ballasts. Plus I’d imagine the bulb is larger so it might not even fit the same fixture

Yea I figured it’d be a job to reconfigure. And it turns out neither is discontinued, just discontinued on brs.
