Reefkeeper 2: Are these still viable?

I ask because I thought I read or heard that these were discontinued and I am not certain why. Was there a problem with them or were they just phased out in favor of the RKL and RKEs? The reason I ask is that I have an opportunity to purchase one of these along with the 8 socket brick and three 2 socket expansion modules for a really low price (less than $75). If the unit is no good then obviously, I don't want to waste the money. I'd like to hear your opinions.

They still work. I believe they were just phased out due to the newer models from DA. I had a RK2 and they worked perfect for me for years until I sold it (No longer need it). I programmed all my lights to come on and off with it, calcium reactor, heat, chiller. The works really. So if you can get all that for under $75, I'd be all over it right now.
