ok.. i've determined the issue has to be the SL1
i think i'm going to sale my items and use it toward an apex system. just ready for a change
the RKL is a great little system, but I need a little more expansion at this point.

I DID IT..
its the NET MODULE.. i don't know why.. but it is...
everything functions flawlessly without the net module.
i just checked all pc4 outlets and functionality as well as SL1 WITHOUT the net.. and bingo
still selling it haha
