Reeflo Barracuda problems?

Hey any one ever had to fix a broken barracuda?the pump powers on but kind ratles/hums .it never kicks on and pumps water. I got it for a back up but wondering if any one has any ideas to fix it.

it sounds like the housing might be too tight... (read the owner's manual)..

there is a way to start it rotating, but I don't have it in front of me.. (see users manual, troubleshooting)

you can download it on the reeflo website..

try that before you send it back in

No . I'll check the the website .I tried to call them but no answer.Id like to get it fixed so I can have a back up unit.Some also pointed me to Melvs site said he has a rebuild thread on it.

Mark I have rebuilt several different pumps. I will be in KY for a couple of weeks more but will be glad to take a look at it when I return.
