So I have two outlets (#6 and #8) that are stuck "On". My serial number is below 9000, so I don't think I have the type of relay I've read about that can get stuck and fixed with a quick smack.

I've taken apart the unit almost all the way, but it's a booger getting the plastic part of the outlet unplugged. IF I were able to to do all of this, does anyone know which part(s) I would need to replace?

Unless its the DC4HD the relay is built into the board, and unless you are REALLY good with electronics you probably wont be able to fix it. I looked into it a while back when I had one that had 3 bad outlets.

I know they charge $50 an outlet to fix those things. Honestly I would just leave it be and if you need all 8 outlets just buy another one and use that one for a spare/backup.

Nah, it's a DC8. I really don't "need" to control all the outlets. I run a few things all the time! Thanks for saving me the eventual headache!
