200 gals dual over flows
70-80 gals Refugium Sump (just underneath the tank)
use a pump so that it works as return as at the same time:

t-off to feed the skimmer
t-off to feed calcium (maybe t-off drain)
t-off to feed Chiller

Internal or external?

which brand name is the best (quietness, overall performance, and heat dispersion)?

thanks,

I 2nd that idea - can't go wrong and much easier to service than internals...

I here the seals on the reeflo leak is this true? Is there a better seal to replace it with Im looking at the barracuda.

The viton seals are better.

Reeflo or blueline pumps. Both will run forever.

Ive had my blueline running for at least 5 years now. Nice and quiet and it feeds my Ca reactor and chiller.
Although I just cleaned up a Reeflo pump that had ran dry for close to a week and it fired right back up...though I would suggest against that practice.

I use pan World/Blueline because of space considerations, but I think a properly sized Reeflo may be more energy efficient.

Where can you get the viton seals?I just don't want to install an external pump and have it leak. When they leak do they drip or spray water?

Reeflo pumps and Internal Mag Drive type pumps will draw less wattage when you ball valve them down. Pan World/Blue Line pumps draw the same wattage no matter how much/little they pump. I use and love Pan World, but they are not as green as the Reeflo or internals.

Do you have any inputs about ATB flow star pumps?
It's small, very power and super quiet. but it's expensive

Come by my store and look at the reeflo snapper 18 that I have in stock. 145 Watts is the avg. draw. And they are quiet.

I want the quietest one posible. Return pump also feeds chiller, skimmer, calcium reactor, 2 two little fishies phosban reactors, and maybe other reactors in future. I am afraid that Snapper 18 would be not enough flow.

The Reeflo Dart (MaxFlow 3600 GPH) & ATB Flow Star (MaxFlow 3200 GPH) are my choice right now

I think the snapper is enough for your application. Reactors require low flow and the chiller should require more than 1000 gph.

But, I can also order the Dart for you.

Thanks,
Tim

Cool. I will stop by your store and dissuss about it and other stuffs related to new tank :)
