Return pump ?

I have a mega sump model 4 sump and a 125 gal tank. I have a mag 7 pump Is this enough ?

Where is the sump located. I am assuming that it is underneath the tank. I think it should be ok but you will need some powerheads in the display tank. Mag pump is rated at only 375 gph hour at 6 ft. After a while wild build up I am sure it would drecrease. For a reef tank it is recommended 10-20 times per hour. To be safe, it is better to have a little more than less because of less heat and wattage drawing from overworking.
