The pictures are taken under blue led's. That's the reason the color pops.

With due defference to the collectors among us, every time I see these kind of prices on LE stuff, I remember chincilla farms, beanie babies, my boys' baseball card collections, and the house-flipping property ladder until a couple of years ago. Sooner or later, everyone figures out that they are only that "valuable" as long as there's at least one more person willing to pay more than the last guy did.

All that said, if I had that kinda money, I'd buy this frag pack before I bought some equally overpriced piece of art. (But neither of them as an "investment.") Aren't they beautiful!
