RKE going crazy!!!

I bought a used RKE and I finally got around to unpacking and hooking it up when I ran across this problem. Non of the buttons seem stuck, I've disconnected it and reconnected it a few rims but it does the same thing. Is this a firmware issue? Do I need to reflash the 2.0 firmware to it? I sent the SID to digital Aquatics to get the free SID upgrade but haven't received it back yet. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Let me guess, this is V1...

If so, known issue and DA will replace the unit for a fee...
