RKL auto top off help

I need help troubleshooting.

When I put my RKL in Standby mode the auto top off stays on.
However when using the software I turn the ATO to off during Standby 1 on my PC4.
It works fine when not in standby mode.
Any ideas?

Which outlet is the pump on? 1234? I had to put on a diffuser(?on what its called) because mine would turn on when my dosing pumps turned on. Some kind of malfunction . But when i put the diffuser(? Again on whats its called. Ill find out) it fixed the problem. If u google it u will find out what im talking about
