Ok, Anyone using EVO koralia pumps on channels 2 or 3 on the pc4.Did some research and found they where having problems wih relay not doing its job, because pumps not drawing enough juice.to cause the relays to work. The unit shows that its turning it on and off, but the pumps are not shuting off.

Use channel 1 and 4, problem solved

^^ as Rob said... use the channels that have mechanical relays and you'll not have issues... (the electronic relays sometimes have issues sensing very low loads)
