I put a new auto shut off on my RO and for some reason, my waste water is not stopping. I verified the connections in and out are correct as per The Filter Guys http://www.thefilterguys.biz/5_and_6_stage_ro-di_check_valve.htm">diagram</a>.

Anyone good with RO units wanna help? It's worth a frag or 2. :)

3 filter stages
Membrane
DI
Odor/taste remover and pressure tank for drinking water

Thanks.

I couldn't make mine work neither - I replaced the float with a switch and put a solenoid in the feedline

That's my next move if I can't yet the shut off to work right.

Ok, you got me. I remembered someone having a similar problem but I couldn't remember who or the fix so I've been searching and reading threads for about an hour and I finally found it:

Can't believe that guy starting a dup thread by mistake! Same result but different problem. :wiggle:

I got it working....

must have had some air or bad vacumn in the line or something. I closed all valves and float valves and it shut off.

I did the same thing with my RO booster and it did NOT shut off. So my issue is now with how I have the RO booster connected.

The RO booster valves are messing with my auto shut off valve. I'll call The Filter Guys tomorrow for a little assistance since I got it from them.
