is this group any good? They have decent prices for the DI add on I am lookin for to significantly reduce my TDS. Or, if not, what do you guys recommend? also, how important is a RO restrictor bypass to flush the membrane?

Hear they are good and have a great reputation. Also, Bulk Reef Supply is good.

I have a filter guys Ocean+1 Reef with all the trimmings and love it. Quality Unit.

well, i hate to get a whole other unit, so i'm just gonna add on to my current one and prolly just change the brackets out.. i have the PSI guage and dual inline TDS meter already, just need a DI section to make it fully a RO/DI unit... i think i may go with a AWI DI add on since they are local and sponsor and I can save on shipping.. do they ever come to meetings?

It's a bypass valve that allows you to run water through the membrane and across it to flush out the sediments and such after you are done making up water. I have one on my filterguys unit, just a flip of a valve and it pours it across the membrane at the end. It is supposed to help the membrane last longer.
