Mine runs with about 55-60psi with no problems. I would agree, sounds like something is not hooked up correctly OR if you have an auto-shut off valve it might be leaking RO water into your waste (or visa versa)..

Thanks guys,I bought two new 75 gal membranes and hooked it up correctly,and then----180 GPD with 0-TDS reading.Apparently it was hooked up wrong from the factory.
