anyone bored and in my area want to come help me install my RO unit right now? I don't have any cash to pay, but I could buy lunch or something (catch is, I have to leave for work around 2).

Or does anyone have instructions that have decent diagrams. Mine are pretty crappy (that + me not being that good at DIY)

nm, I think I found out I'm missing an important part....darn ebay setups. note to self (you get what you pay for</em>) lol

Thanks Jin for the offer

No worries. I think you can find that part you're looking for at lowe's or HD. They carry most of the john guest fittings used in the setup.

I got the kit that came with the 3 gallon tank, and there's no part to connect to the front of the tank to hold a hose, so I can get water out...also, the directions have me putting the "out" side of the bottom 3 filters to the tap in...so that's a little odd...it'll get worked out somehow, I just want to get it installed so I can quit using tap.

I'll head that way tomorrow if I don't hear back from the vendor.
