Rockscape opinions/thoughts

surface area. what type of corals do you plan on having?

Picked up some more dry rock from Pure today and I think I've finished my scape. Now I just have to transfer into the tank like a puzzle. So far, this has been the most fun I've had during this build process.

Heath- I know I know "put some water in that thing" LOL

That's niiiiiice. I like the dimensional approach. It's less of a wall of rocks, and more inviting. Good Job, Man...

Oh yeah... Heath has a good point. Make sure your nagfloat will fit between the rocks and glass...

Thank you both for pointing that out. See, another rookie mistake. I will have to shorten a few pieces.

Thanks for the compliments!

This reminds me of almost every tank I have set up, cardboard, rocks, many attempts and lots of time spent. I love the planning stage, your layout looks great. I cant wait to see it in the tank. My favorite stage of setting up a new tank is designing the filtration, flow and the rock work.

Sounds like experience is on your side. Rock work...sure that's fun but filtration and flow!

Lets see the rock in water :)
