RODI and mixing station project

IDK about thermal heated line wraps. I don't think I really mind hauling 5g of ATO a time or two a week and 10 and 15g of salt water for water changes twice a week. At least at first. I may upgrade later.

I'm pretty sure that the main line enters the house at the opposite corner from the shed.

I do like the idea of a 55g on top for RO and a larger bin under for mixed water.

The plan would be to run the line out the wall under the window and then through the wall in to the shed. If the filter doesn't like pressure changes that puts a big flaw in that idea...

You can get a screw on pressure gauge at a hardware store. Connect it to both spigots and note the pressure (Do this when NO water is being used in the house). The lower one is what the pressure is set to at the PRV. 40~60psi.

I should have access to the prv shouldn't I? My last house it was in the unfinished basement. My parents house had an access panel in the wall of the finished basement. I guess I need to find it, but I have no idea where it would be on the corner of the house where the meter is... Either way, that's the wrong corner of the house......

Yes there should be access for replacement purposes.

Ah... the heater seems reasonable.. especially since it has a thermostat.
