I came home and my first fish...my tiny clownfish was dead outside of the tank..he had jumped over the back of the main tank in my biocube 14 a couple times into the chambers in the back but i guess he missed this time...he was dead on the floor...im amazingly sad..i always thought that theyd just be fish and i wouldnt get attached but im actually very sad about it...just had to vent and greave out loud a bit...my wrasse will be sad

Man, this is the third "Sad Day" post in three days. I hope this isn't a continuing trend.

Sorry for your loss!

Buy some mesh from Acroholic .Ive had a few clowns jump.2 out of my old solana 34

What kind of wrasse do you have? It may be part of the problem with the clown jumping? The screen Mark mentions would probably be a good idea even for the wrasse if it is a six-line. I have enough screen I cold give you for a 14G but you would need to get the frame kit form Lowes or Home Depot.

i have some screen from when i was adjusting the tank from the old PC lights to the new sunpod 70 MH lights...if i leave a screen on wouldnt it cut down the par?

It may cut it a little but I had no problem using it over my 120G with T5s.

Not regular window screen. That will definitely cut down on PAR. Here:
