Get a sharp razor slice and toss them into a pull of rubble, preferably with low flow and in a different tank. wait till they attach and there ya go. Mushrooms are really hard to kill. try with 1 first and see ur luck.
to dislodge them from a rock, i put the rock in front of a powerhead and lightly bump it with a blunt object. You can also put it in high flow and turn the lights off. I usually try and do it in my qt tank if you can remove the rock.
