I purchased two fish from them a Pyramid butterfly, and a Copperband butterfly, the pyramid died in 7 days, and the Copperband was DOA, I contacted them all kinds of ways and no reply. Very poor customer service, I do not recommend shopping there.

Man I hate seeing dead fish like this. All the more reason to find a good LFS or two and stick with it... for those of us who have the option, anyway.
