sand and dry rock

Would any of you be able to make a recomendation? Favorite reef sand and how many lbs for a 110?

Also, as I'm startign to aquascape, how many lbs of dry rock should I order?

Special grade reef sand is a great sand.

Rock: depends on your filtration and flow. The better filtration you have, the less rock you need.</em> I prefer a tank with less rock, allowing corals room to grow and fish room to swim.
