Scoly doesn't look good

Recently my new bleeding apple scoly has been looking flat. It just doesn't inflate. The colors are still bright. I'm not sure what I can do to help it? It's sitting on the sand bed towards the end of the tank on the opposite side of the circulation pump

Tank, parameters, light... how long have you had it? Picture maybe? Include a picture of what is nearby...
