I've had this scooter blenny for nearly a year. In the last month he has become extremely skinny. Because of this I bought some pods and am culturing them at the house. I also have a bottle of the Ocean Nutrition pods. The pods that I am culturing are in (2) 2 liter bottles, because they were relatively new I could not use them until this past weekend - when I added 1 liter of the water to the 72 gallon tank.

My question is what else can I do to fatten him up? I also have a mandarine, I've had her for the past month and she seems to be doing really well.

Any advise is appreciated.

I appreciate the input. I will start that tomorrow. I really hope he lives, I thought that by adding a ton of pods he would be okay.

I see the mandarine nipping at the rock work but I don't see him doing it.

I hear Sechem Vitality is good, too. I think JennM mentioned that before.

The mandarin is probably just still thicker because it is new from the wild and may end up this way too slowly. It will definitely out compete the scooter for food. Are you running a fuge?
Take the advice from mysterybox and get these guys eating. A baby food jar helps to put the food in for them.
