The reason I'm asking is they have MP40w ES for 364. They are upgraded mp20s..

Haha... Yup... bought from em. I've even talked to them. Their feedback on their ebay store is pretty good too.

All in all, I had a good buying experience. He sends a box thats just the power supply, wetside, dryside and driver. No manual, OEM box or warranty.

are these Gen 2, with the new mag and shaft n such ? i guess so since they are ES?

Ummm... I'm probably too new to the Vortechs to be able to answer that question for you. All I know is that when I opened it up it was all shiney and new.
