I talked to someone at the meeting last night about how to do this, so thought I would post it here also, along with some links.
Yasha goby males have dark tips on their pectoral fins, where as females do not.

For Harlequin Shrimp, the females have marking patterns on the swimmerets under the abdomen, whereas males swimmerets are not colored.
