We have a 92 gal corner tank that we are stiing up for the first time. What are your thoughts on hard plumbing the overflow and return into the back of the tank? Or can we just wet the ends, install, tighten and leave it at that?

On my drains and reurns I did all pvc and glued everything except for at the bulkheads. you definitely want to be able to pull them out of the bulkheads for cleaning and flushing fish, crabs, etc. If you dont glue the returns Ive heard it will pull air in and cause bubbles.

Forgot to mention clear vinyl works great for the returns from the pump to the bulkhead i like it better than pvc i think it flows better

Definitely hard plumb them. Add unions so you can easily take it apart.
