Should you be able to visually see a difference between a 460nm and 450nm diode?

Should you be able to visually see a difference between a 460nm and 450nm diode? Or a 460nm and 445nm diode?

I ordered some supposed 450nm diodes to replace my 460nm on my eBay boxes and I can't see a bit of color difference. I was hoping for a more royal blue look instead of the regular blue I have now...

the only time i can tell the difference is when they are dimmed way down, and next to another blue chip of a different spectrum. Not a big difference though

I highly doubt that the human eye can tell the difference in that spectrum.
