Show me your dual RO membrane setups!

Thanks for all the good info.

I have been running my RO/DI using a faucet that's on the street side of my PRV. Is there a maximum PSI and if so, what is it?

I wouldn't go higher than 80 psi if you have clear housings. That's why we advise people to put booster pumps AFTER the prefilters - to avoid exposing the prefilter housings to high pressure.

May have to rethink this then. I just tested it and I'm getting 150 psi. Any suggestions?

I found this on your site: BFS-325 Adjustable pressure regulator kit

Would it work for my situation?

sorry to dig up an old thread but i've been reading up on this a bit now. i recently purchased a BRS stage 5 plus system and have used it a couple times. it does take a good amount of time to fill a 5g bucket, all i need at one time for my 36g, and im assuming wasting a good bit of water. my pressure is right at 50psi, the recommended minimum pressure. i will upgrade eventually when i have a more permanent setup but would these be the parts required to make it a dual membrane setup, reducing waste water and reducing production time?

Those would be correct. I had to purchase the booster pump as well and after the install it pounds through a 5G bucket with 90+ psi.

I could imagine. It took me between 1 and 2 hrs to fill up a bucket today
