It would be sold as a Welso but technically there is no such thing. The classification of Welsophyllia no longer exists. People and companies still call them Welsos though.

Is there a way to get a top down shot? Its hard to tell because it looks folded like a Welso but it also looks like two Trachys that have split or are back to back.

The one split down the middle is what happens when coral beauty and flame angel tag team a coral. They are no longer in the systems but the brain appears to be recovering well.
