Can anyone ID this shrimp? Can a peppermint change color like this? That is all I can figure since I never put one like this in my tank but it is there now.

I'm not so sure... I don't see the millions of markings all over his body that peppermints are supposed to have... there's another shrimp that gets mistaken for peppermints a lot (and even sold through LFSs as peppermints).

I could be wrong...

Try Camel-back. They are often sold as peppermints. It is my belief that is why some peeps claim their peppermints don't eat aptaisa, They were sold the wrong thing!

Peppermints can come from different regions. The peps that are raised with aiptasia in the wild will consume them the aquarium. Those from different areas that are never around them will not eat them

Hey Thanks everyone I just thought it was wierd I had never seen one change color like that.
