sick fish

my fish got ich right before christmas but of course i had to go home and leave them in rome. i got extreme garlic and it really seemed to help. i had a friend come over twice to feed them for the four days me and my roommate were gone. today my roommate got up there and didnt see the royal gramma at first. it came out later and said it looks pretty bad and that they both (royal gramma and clownfish) have a lot of white spots. i told her to feed them a little bit with the garlic but is there anything else i can tell her to do? i wont be there for several more days :sad:

Keep the lights off if you can. It needs to be as stressless as possible.
