I want to use an area of my sump for macroalgae and to grow out some frags.

Is there a type of bulb or light that can sustain both?

a small t5 fixture would work well. LEDs also depending on what setup you use or what type of frags you want.

I was thinking a small led fixture or strip would work.

Does anyone know if the Ecoxotic stunner strips or Panorama Pro would be a good choice? What color spectrum o9uld be best?

Here is another option I found

Again, not sure which color spectrum to go with. Any suggestions?

The stunner strips are really for nothing more than accent, plus you have to buy the adapter as well. I do love my Panorama Pro so far, though.

That looks like a decent option. I know that would grow cheato, but not sure if it will grow zoa frags.

+1 on PC and Zoas. I don't like PC cause of the cost of bulbs, I had the Corallife 96w on a 10g and I only kept the fixture for a future LED project. Depending on the size of the sump, i'd really just get a small T5 setup. Bulbs are cheap enough and you will get better growth with less effort than LED and more flexibility with color temp than with PC and better SPS growth for future changes in species collection
