skimmer help again

ok......my CPR bakpack was giving me micro bubble problems and yall said let it run and i did off and on i had to make sure i was home to empty the skim cup. ok so the micro bubbles are gone now yay:thumbs: but that cup is literally filling up probably ever 20 minutes. i have adjusted the air valve to almost all the way close and its still filling up very very fast. O yeah when i say the cup is filling up i mean with water not sludge it is skimming very very wet.

any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

ha.....of course i knew it was something i was just not paying attention to. I have been fighting this thing for 3 weeks now.

any suggestions on how high the cup should sit? It has a rubber piece on the outside of the cup that i can move up and down. where on the cup should i place the rubber piece.(this piece is basically what holds the cup up so the lower the rubber piece is on the cup the higher the cup will sit.
