skimmer issue

Hey guys I had a little cyano starting so i used chemiclean to help remove. Cyano is gone. did the 20% wc followed by 2 more 10% w/c and still can't run my skimmer. It bubbles over. Question does it do any good to run skimmer and remove everything it puts out or is it better to leave it off and keep doing w/c until it returns to normal?

Let me know your thoughts on this.

I had to let mine run. Elevate skimmer/turn the flow down and let it wet skim. Run a drain to a bucket and replace water with new SW.

Happens all the time....should be OK in a week or so. More water changes will help. Normal with the use of Chemi-Clean.
